To evolve this already renowned firearm even further, Beretta
again used the famous Giugiaro Design styling to enhance its
appeal and ergonomics. With new features added, even more integrity
was built into this powerful sidearm with standard Superluminova
sights, removable front
sights, and a new front accessory rail (MIL-STD-1913 “Picatinny”),
with removable rail cover. Additional improvements include a
quick reassembly feature, and a captive recoil spring guide
assembly, all while reducing the part count by thirteen. This aluminum frame semiautomatic pistol offers a short recoil, delayed blowback system that continues to yield faster cycle times and deliver exceptional accuracy and reliability. The new internal recoil buffer increases service life, while maintaining superior accuracy. The open top slide virtually eliminates jamming and stovepiping, and allows the operator to easily load one cartridge at a time should the magazine be lost or damaged. |
